STATIC CASTINGS:
Nitin specialises in manufacture of high alloy steel castings for various
heat/corrosion resistance and wear resistance applications. Castings are made by Boxless resin sand as well as conventional hand moulding, machine moulding and shell moulding process.
Static Casting Method
- After pouring molten metal into sand mold, the solidification forms.
- Our state of art Resin Mold Process makes it
possible to produce even smaller lot products.
- From light weight furnace parts to large and heavy coiler drums can be
cast regardless their quantity.
